The IonCleanse® Systems are part of a comprehensive health and wellness system and the information provided by Recovery Choices is solely for use as part of a self-improvement program. None of the information provided on this website is intended to act as a substitute for medical advice, and customers should consult their practitioner prior to commencing use of the IonCleanse® Systems or any other products offered by Recovery Choices. The products offered (including, but not limited to The IonCleanse® Systems, Essential Oils or Australian Bush Flower Essences) are not intended to treat, prevent, cure, or diagnose any disease, illness or ailment.

Contraindications for IonCleanse® by AMD footbaths

There are certain contraindications with the IonCleanse® Systems. Click here and scroll down to page 4 of the IonCleanse® Premier® instruction booklet and view the complete list.

We recommend any person falling into one or more of these categories NOT use the IonCleanse® System. Please check with your medical practitioner for further advice.

**THIS IS NOT AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST, but rather the most common questions we receive**

  1. People who have a pacemaker.
  2. Organ transplant recipients.
  3. Pregnant or nursing women.
  4. Anyone on medication, the absence of which would cause mental or physical impairment, such as psychotic episodes, seizures, etc.
  5. Anyone on blood thinners (Coumadin or warfarin) or medications that regulate heartbeat.

AMD recommend that all practitioners record a client intake prior to using the IonCleanse® footbaths. They also offer their IonCleanse® Foot Bath Release Form on their website for you to download and use in your practice.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and as such we will never release your details to third parties, unless it is necessary for us to provide our service to you (such as your address to enable delivery of your orders). We do not have access to, nor do we store your payment details. When registering an account with our website, you are requested to choose a password that will protect the security of your account information. You are responsible for any purchases made through your account, so please ensure you do not share your password with others, and remember to logout after you have finished shopping at Recovery Choices. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the Unsubscribe button provided in each newsletter.

Referral Program

If you refer a customer who buys an IonCleanse® Solo® or Premier® from Recovery Choices, then we will send you a free set of Replacement Plates for your own IonCleanse® footbath. The purchasing customer must list your name as the Referrer during the purchasing process, and must be able to supply us with your phone number and address details, if we do not already have these on file. Plates will be shipped once the 60 day Money Back Guarantee period has expired, provided the customer has not returned their IonCleanse® for a refund. You are eligible for this offer as long as you reside in Australia, and have previously purchased an IonCleanse® from Recovery Choices or A Major Difference (we may request proof of purchase).

Payment options

You are able to use a variety of methods to pay for your purchases from Recovery Choices. We use SSL encryption to transmit your data to merchant gateways, and we never store your financial information on our system.

  • Via Direct Deposit to our bank account, using your own internet banking system, or through in-person deposit at a branch of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Our bank account details are provided with your Invoice, or on Checkout. If you are choosing to pay via direct deposit, we will hold your order for 5 business days. Payment must be received by the end of this time, or your order will be cancelled.
  • Credit Card payment via the Commonwealth Bank – you can use your Visa or MasterCard to pay securely via the Commonwealth Bank’s payment gateway.
  • Via PayPal – securely use your credit card or PayPal account to pay for your order.
  • Through AfterPay – you can apply to repay your purchase over four, fortnightly payments. AfterPay will process your payment details and will enter into a payment agreement with you. There are no separate charges for this service – please see our AfterPay page for further information.
  • Through ZipMoney – you can apply for a 12 months’ interest free loan to purchase your IonCleanse systems through the services of ZipPay. ZipPay will provide full payment to Recovery Choices, and you make regular repayments to ZipPay. There are fees for this service – please read all the information available on our zipMoney page.

Shipping within Australia

Recovery Choices offers free shipping for all orders of $150 or more, or free to pick up if you are in the Bendigo area. Orders other than that may be sent via a flat fee of $10 for regular shipping, or $15 for Express. We aim to ship orders within 3 business days of the order being placed. Some orders may require extra lead time, in which case we will notify the customer upon receipt of the order. We reserve the option to ship your order via Australia Post or Courier at our discretion. A tracking number will be supplied to you once the item has been processed. Shipping Internationally

Recovery Choices is only able to supply IonCleanse® units or any other electrical goods to customers in Australia and New Zealand due to electrical safety legislation. However, we are able to supply replacement parts and non-electrical goods to other countries. If you are outside Australia and wish to order from us, please contact us on admin@recoverychoices.com.au to obtain a postage quote. You will be responsible for payment of any customs costs, duties and taxes applicable to your order.

Returns Policy

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, via email at admin@recoverychoices.com.au or phone on 0408 320 532. Please contact us prior to return of any products. Our address for returns is 44 St Killian Street, White Hills VIC 3550, Australia.

Recovery Choices accepts returns for products sold through our website, if the product is faulty or not as specified, or under the following conditions and circumstances:

IonCleanse® Premier® and Solo® Packages

Recovery Choices accepts returns of the IonCleanse® Premier® and Solo® packages up to 60 days after the date of receipt of the package. The customer is responsible for payment of the return shipping cost. At Recovery Choice’s discretion, the cost of replacing any used, damaged or missing components may be deducted from the return amount due. If the customer purchased the package through the services of a payment plan (for example, zipMoney), then Recovery Choices reserves the right to withhold the amount of the Merchant Fee from the refund amount. As at December, 2016, that fee is 4.95% and subject to change without notice.

IonCleanse® Marketing Plan

All sales of this product are final. No returns or refunds are allowed.

Books

All sales of books are final. No returns or refunds are allowed.

Other Products

Recovery Choices accepts returns of all other products up to 30 days after the invoice date, except those products listed as “discontinued.” Products must be returned unopened, unused, and not damaged for a full refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. At Recovery Choice’s discretion, any damaged or missing components may be deducted from the return amount due. Opened or used products are non-refundable. All sales are final on discontinued items unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Fees

All shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are non-refundable.

Defective Goods

Any claims for damaged, missing, or defective products must be reported to Recovery Choices within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. Diffusers have a 1 year warranty provided by Lively Living Australia (see package insert), and as such any replacement parts must be supplied to the customer by Lively Living. Please contact us in the first instance if you have a fault with your diffuser.
